Hospitality from the Heart
TATJANA has been part of the VALARA team since around 2015—with a brief hiatus. As Chef de Rang, she takes great pleasure in ensuring our guests’ comfort. With her friendly demeanor, her experience, and her eye for detail, she creates a pleasant atmosphere and makes sure that every visit to the restaurant is a memorable one.
Our Interview with TATJANA
I handle food and beverage service in the restaurant, set the tables, and make sure our guests feel completely at ease. I enjoy working with the team to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
With a brief hiatus, I've been part of the team since around 2015, and I'm happy to be back.
I like the family-like atmosphere in the restaurant and how friendly everyone is with one another. Even when the restaurant is packed, everyone sticks together and supports one another. The Krajnc family is always kind and warm—that’s what makes working here so enjoyable.
