We would like to politely point out that vegan food is not included in half board. If you would like to take advantage of vegan meals, we charge an additional € 10,- per person and day.

We are happy to welcome you in the morning. You can enjoy breakfast on your day of arrival on request and for an additional charge. Your room will be available from 15:00 at the latest.

On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the room by 11:00 am.

Would you like to end your vacation in comfort? Late check-out is possible subject to availability at a price of € 40 per room.

Reduction in the parents' room for 2 full-paying guests:

● Free until the 5th birthday
● from 6 to 10 years 50 % discount
● from 11 to 15 years 30 % discount
● 20% discount from 16 years of age
● Children up to 16 years as 2nd person in the room 10% discount
● Children up to 16 years in extra room 10 % discount

Cancellations are only possible in writing and the Austrian hotel contract conditions apply as follows:

● free of charge up to 45 days before arrival
● up to 30 days before arrival we charge 40% of the total price
● up to 7 days before arrival we charge 70 % of the total price
up to 1 day before arrival we charge 90 % of the total price
● 100% of the total price on the day of arrival and "no show" and in the event of early departure


The local tax is € 2.60 per person per day from the age of 15. This will be shown separately on your invoice.

Your four-legged companion is welcome by prior arrangement. We charge € 22,- per day (without food) and ask you to bring your own blanket or basket.

Please understand that dogs are not permitted in the breakfast room, restaurant or wellness area. You are welcome to take your dog into the reception hall or into the hunting parlor in the afternoon.

Should additional final cleaning be necessary, we reserve the right to charge for this separately.

Please also note: Dogs must be muzzled on hiking and ski buses as well as on the cable cars.

There are 2 e-charging stations (for a fee) available for our guests for the duration of their stay.
