Whether creative menu creations or classic dishes – he delights our guests every day with taste and precision. His passion for cooking and his commitment make him an indispensable member of our team.
Our interview with ATTILA
When I started working at VALARA, the patisserie was my
home. Now, as Chef de Partie, I am responsible for other areas. My main tasks include ordering, checking incoming goods and production. And yes, of course I also cook - for example, I make homemade pasta and am responsible for preparing side dishes.
I've been on the team here for 9 years now - so that shows that I like it here

Our Christmas parties are a particular highlight here at VALARA.
I look forward to them every year.
Springtime in particular is simply wonderful for me here in Hintertux. I wouldn't want to do without the many hours of sunshine and the incredibly pleasant time on the terrace...
I simply enjoy creating culinary experiences for our guests together with the team. Guests shouldn't just enjoy great skiing - they should also enjoy great food.
