PETER has enriched our team as deputy restaurant manager since 2021. He looks forward to meeting our regular guests every day and enjoys getting to know new people all the time. With his organizational skills and open manner, he ensures that everything runs smoothly in our restaurant and that every guest feels welcome.

Our interview with PETER

You are the deputy restaurant manager at VALARA - what do you do all day?

I take care of fulfilling the wishes of our VALARA guests in full and keep an eye on the entire restaurant area with a comprehensive view. Wine recommendations, service and preparations before service times are just as much a part of this as the odd bit of small talk at the table.

When did you join the VALARA team?

I've been at VALARA since 2021, which is now my 5th winter season.

Your top 3 VALARA moments

I particularly like the fact that a lot of regular guests stay with us on vacation. Seeing familiar faces again and welcoming new guests at the same time - that's the perfect change.
Away from my working day, it's especially the beautiful winter moments that you can experience here on the mountain. My tip: the sunset on our terrace.
Oh yes - and of course the family atmosphere in the team also makes me feel at home here.
