With COSIMA we welcome a new, charming face to our reception team. Her varied working day ranges from friendly telephone contact to processing e-mails and writing individual vacation offers. With her open manner, her organizational talent and her great pleasure in dealing with people, she ensures that our guests feel well looked after every day.
Our interview with COSIMA
My day is very varied. From check-in to check-out, e-mail correspondence, numerous telephone calls and the preparation of vacation offers, there's never a dull moment. I'm also on hand to help and advise guests and answer questions about excursion tips or their stay at VALARA.
I am still relatively new to the team and have been working at VALARA since November 2025.
On my days off, I really appreciate the close proximity to the ski lift and ski area - the distances are short and I can make the most of my free time.
But the beautiful alpine nature here in Hintertux also offers numerous opportunities - so it doesn't always have to be skiing.
Reception is the best place for me to work, especially because I enjoy working with guests, but also with my colleagues.
